THE POLICY PLAN WILL ESTABLISH A SPECIFIC SET OF LADN USE REGULATIONS, DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND PERFORM- ANCE STANDARDS. THE DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT IS A MIXED USE CENTER, WHICH MAY INCLUDE SUCH USES AS MOVIE THEATER, BOOKSTORE, PHYSICAL FITNESS FACILITYI, HOTEL/MOTEL, ADMIN. AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICES, RESTAURANTS, ICE AND . ROLLER SKATING OR OTHER PUBLIC OR PRIVATE RECREATIONAL
