Note: Water Quality Attainment Strategies The Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) is issuing an Agreement pertaining to replace the existing "5-Mile Bridge" with a railcar-type structure that will span the River channel. Project related work includes; divert River flow around work area, demolish the existing bridge, rebuild fills on both banks, install abutments, install rock rip-rap, and set railcars.
