California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #R5-2001-0275) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ventura County Sheriff's Department-Todd Road Jail Facility, 600 S. Todd Road, Santa Paula, Ventura, CA 93060. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed by placing permanent bank protection in two areas where existing and potential erosion exists. The project is located in the unincorporated area near Santa Paula in Ventura County.
