SOILS ARE CONTAMINATED WITH METAL DEBRIS, LEAD, POLYNUCLEAR AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS AND PETROLEUM HYDROCARBONS. METAL DEBRIS WILL BE RECYCLED, LEAD AND PNA SOILS WILL BE ENCPACULATED BENEATH PARKING LOTS, AND TPH SOILS WILL BE BIOREMEDIATED.
