THE FLASHBRANDS WOULD INCREASE THE RESERVOIR CAPACITY FROM 505 ACRE FEET TO 557 ACRE FEET WHICH WOULD PERMIT GENERATION OF MORE ELECTRICAL POWER FROM THE MOCCASIN POWERHOUSE & THE LOWHEAD POWER GENERATING PLANT THE PROJECT WOULD REQUIRE APPROVAL BY CA DIVISION OF SAFETY OF DAMS.
