AMENDMENTS WOULDRESULT IN A NET LOSS OF 328 ACRES OF EXISTING LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND 16 ACRES OF COMMERCIAL DESIGNATED LANDS AND THE CREATION OF AN ADDITIONAL 276 ACRES OF RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATED LANDS. BUILDOUT IN ACCORD WITH PROPOSED AMENDMENTS WOULD RESULT IN A NET INCREASE OF 1854 UNITS.
