THE PROPOSED RECREATION DESIGN CALLS FOR A RECREATION TRAIL ALONG WILDCAT CREEK FROM SAN PABLO MARSH TO RUMRILL ROAD. MAJOR FACILITIES INCLUDE A PAVED TRAIL, PARKING AND STAGING AREA, WILDLIFE OBSERVATION PLATFORM AT SAN PABLO MARSH, LANDSCAPIONG, AND A PEDESTRAIN BRIDGE AT THE SPRR AND AT& SF RAILROADS. THE RECREATION DESIGN HAS BEEN COOPERATIVELY DEVELOPED BY THE WILDCAT AND SAN PABLO DESIGN TEAM CONSIST- ING OF FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AGENCIES AND CONCERNED CITIZENS
