THE PROCESSING WOULD BE UNDERTAKEN ON 2.3 ACRES WHICH FORMERLY HOUSED GASOLINE AND DIESEL STORAGE FACILITIES OPERATED BY THE SHELL OIL AND UNION OIL COMPANIES.
