Density increase to facilitate a City-sponsored affordable housing project for Santiago Hills II Planned Community. Amend Orange County Transportation Authority's Master Plan of Arterial Highways. Schools: Located within 2 miles of Santiago Canyon College, Chapman Hills Elementary School, Silverado Elementary School.
